I am proud to be an advocate of Natural Birth.  Fortunately, I was able to birth both of my sons at home and in the water without any medication or medical intervention whatsoever.

I was one of the founding committee members that started the Natural Birth Project and they are creating a wonderful resource for women and families to get support .  Please know this and utilize it if needed!
